intro to airsteps workshop

Thanks for your interest in signing up to our Intro to Air Steps Workshop with Katie Cobalt and Mike Sonder.
Please read the information below BEFORE Sign Up.
This workshop will be fixed partner (no partner rotation). You must sign up with a partner - this should be someone you trust and are comfortable dancing with. You are welcome to sign up as a group of 3 as long as there is at least one flyer and one base per group. This workshop has limited numbers to allow for maximum contact time and supervision.
Physical Requirements:
This workshop requires no previous experience of air steps; however, all attendees must be physically fit to participate safely. Katie and Mike have provided the following prerequisites so participants can get the most out of the session and reduce the chance of injury. Please note: Flyers will not be going upside down in this session.
Everyone should be able to: Plank for 30 seconds, 30 squats
Flyers should be able to: 10 tuck jumps, 10 V-sits then hold for 10seconds.
Bases should be able to: 30 second wide leg squat hold; lift your partner in your arms and walk around with them for 20 seconds

Tickets are on a first come, first served basis. Please fill out the form below to submit your booking request - please note this request does not guarantee your place. You can book up to three people per form (1 x Base, 1 x Flyer minimum per form).
Once you have submitted the form, you will receive a confirmation email within 24hrs directing you to payment options. Please be patient - this is not automated and I’m a one woman admin operation. Booking is only confirmed upon payment.
If tickets sell out, a waitlist will be in operation based on the order of form submission. Tickets are non-refundable. If you wish to sell on your ticket, please inform Jessie at jessie@swingproject.co.uk.
