One Day Workshops

During the year, The Swing Project regularly hosts one day workshops to feed your appetite for all things swing.

The focus of each workshop varies - from musicality and connection in Lindy Hop, to Solo Jazz, Balboa, Blues and Shag - with each providing a stimulating and nurturing atmosphere to explore new ideas and expand your learning.

I’ve danced for a long time now in many different styles and in many different scenes, but these workshops and tea dances have been amongst the most enjoyable I’ve attended.

These workshops provide excellent value for money, a superb variety of content and the opportunity to social dance afterwards to practice what you’ve learnt. Plus there’s cake...so much cake!

Attending Saturday Swing Out workshops is definitely one of the best decisions we have made and we can honestly say we love every minute of each of them - Thanks Jessie!
